泰华集团于1997年建立党支部，并于2002年7月成立泰华集团党委，隶属中共房山区国资委。现有党员134名，申请入党积极分子37名，下设9个支部。
　　多年来，为认真贯彻中共中央的精神，泰华以企业发展为中心，集团党委在不断探索、总结的基础上，务实的探索民营企业党建工作的新思路、新途径和新办法，使党建工作更加制度化和规范化。泰华党委党建工作的迅速发展和扩大，为企业的发展起到服务、保障和推动作用。

　　Established in July 2002, the party committee in TAIHUA is originated from the party branch established in 1997, which is a subjection of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission in Fangshan district. It now has 134 party members, 37 candidates and 9 sub branches.
　　 For many years, in order to carry out the spirit of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, TAIHUA has centered the development of the enterprise. Based on the unremitting exploration and summarization, the party committee has practically explored the new ideas, ways and methods in the party construction in private owned company. It standardized and systemized the party construction work. The rapid development of TAIHUA party committee has served, guaranteed and promoted the development of the enterprise.
