如今，泰华集团不仅在房地产开发行业占有一席之地，在建筑施工、装饰装潢、工程监理、物业管理、新技术开发、文体经营等领域也有了新的突破。集团公司在科技创新、管理创新中不断探索与实践，使得连年开发产品品质不断提升。在集团内部管理规范化、制度化、法制化的建设过程中，借鉴一体化管理体系运行八年的经验积累，进行新的一体化认证，相信现时期的一体化认证将给企业注入新的活力，企业的管理水平将迈上新台阶。

Ladies and Gentlemen:
Taihua Group has turned open a new page of its history of development. Reviewing our path these years, as one part of Taihua, each person can feel the difficulties during our ascending way, meanwhile our joy of success. More excitingly, these obstacles created our courage and perseverance to take challenges with risks.
Nowadays, Taihua Group has not only confirmed its place in real estates, but also got new achievement in aspects such as architecture construction, upholster, project supervise, real property, new technology development, and culture deals, etc. Our group explores and practices in innovations in technologies and management, resulted in the rises of quality of product. With the procedure of standardization, regularization and legalization, with the accumulated experience of execution of integrated management system for eight years, and the new all-in-one certification, our enterprise can be activated and our management level would step on a new stair.
Entering this new era, Taihua Group will confront with all challenges with a whole new face. We will continuously create new thoughts and widen our scope to increase our competitiveness and ability to overcome risks.
